Here's a quick healthier alternative to fast food fixes. The taco bowl is made with a whole wheat medium size wrap, romaine lettuce, I used low sodium black beans,grilled chicken prepared with black pepper, chili powder, and a little bit of garlic powder. Also for the finishing touch some low fat mozzarella cheese made with part skim milk and a little low fat ranch dressing. Try it out and let me know if you like it.
