Hello~ this is DumA!
Since the last video, I have been showing you the youngest hamster, the small one. Out of the 5 siblings, I sent away all the others and decided to raise the youngest
(I was going to keep the one with different color but since the youngest is sick, I kept him)
I didn't know why the youngest was smaller than other siblings since they were younger (because I couldn't see them properly since they were very young and unless there is a problem on the body, it's hard to see it).
It turns out that his upper teeth were the problem and not growing.
Because they were now growing and other teeth were blocking his tongue, he could not drink or eat food properly. Therefore, he couldn't properly grow.
After a month, I separated him from Bbang-ee (the mother hamster) and let him spend some time with his siblings but he was almost dead not much after he got separated from Bbang-ee.
He was thin and small since he was young so I didn't think it was a big deal but after the separation, he couldn't eat hard food by himself so he was starving to death.
It is already hard to eat with no upper teeth, but it was worse for him because he didn't have upper teeth and couldn't grind so his lower teeth kept growing, making him not to eat anything at all
I checked his condition in the afternoon and urgently cut his teeth and started feeding him baby food (Why is that, at DumA's, there is always a trouble with someone..)
In the first video, he couldn't even control his body and shook a lot so I concentrated on caring him but he got a little better so I took him to the hospital
I barely edited out the conversation with the doctor because I thought there might be other people with the same problem
At the hospital, they told me that the root of upper teeth was showing only on the one side but after about 2 months, now I can see them from the both sides! just a little bit!
So, he still cannot chew properly. That's why I still feed him baby food and cut his teeth (because he can't grind and his lower teeth keep growing, I have to cut them)
So... Bamy.... really hate me now...ㅠㅠ
I think he gets stressed because I keep cutting his teeth...
I am going to start the handling once I don't have to cut his teeth anymore;; (haha)
So sad...!!
Anyways, Bamy is doing well!
